WEYMOUTH, MA, May 24, 2005 - The College of Healthcare Management Executives (CHIME) has announced the election of Ralph P. Fargnoli, Jr., President and CEO of Beacon Partners to the CHIME Foundation Board of Trustees, with a corresponding position on the CHIME Board of Trustees. Mr. Fargnoli will serve a two-year term on both boards.
Mr. Fargnoli sees his election to the CHIME Foundation Board "as an opportunity to assist the CHIME Foundation with its efforts to advocate strategic IT initiatives within today’s health care industry and to be an advocate for members to ensure the organization continues to expand opportunities for education, networking and career advancement.”
Prior to founding Beacon Partners, Mr. Fargnoli, a twenty-four year veteran of the health care industry, held various senior level positions at an HCIS vendor, and an integrated delivery network in Rhode Island. He has considerable experience working with hospitals, faculty practice plans and multi-specialty groups throughout the country on strategic matters concerning information technology, and revenue cycle management.
