A respected and experienced client relations professional with a proven track record in account management and operations, Mr. Tolchinsky will direct the growth initiatives of Beacon’s highly respected IDX and ambulatory consulting services practice.
Mr. Tolchinsky is a goal-oriented, energetic team player with the strength to manage multi-layered relationships. His background includes customer service and account management, problem resolution, deploying new lines of business, and creating customer loyalty, supported by a full understanding of the political environment within major academic medical centers and health care organizations. He is an accomplished team leader in information systems and implementing new directives.
