Will nationally market and support suite of software applications for MEDITECH clients
NORWELL, MA (November 13, 2000) - Beacon Partners, Inc. today announced that it has acquired the software rights, licenses, and maintenance agreements of Interface Solutions, Inc. of Attleboro Falls, MA (ISI). ISI developed EDI software solutions for the MEDITECH healthcare information system. Both companies are privately held, and terms of the acquisition are not being disclosed.
Under the agreement, Beacon Partners will own the exclusive rights to ISI's suite of products for the MEDITECH market, including Automated Remittance software, MCR HCPC/DX Screening software, Medicare Secondary Billing and HBOC Trendstar Interface utility. Beacon will market and sell the software products nationally, as well as provide technical and operational support to existing clients of ISI.
