The bill would use the Medicare reimbursement system as a lynchpin to adoption. So setting the stage for our discussion today, as you clearly see, we’re talking about the Government’s role in healthcare adoption of HIT. We’re four years into the (proposed) ten years … is it realistic that most American citizens will have access to healthcare or advanced electronic health records over the next ten years?
