Information System and Process Optimization
Beacon Partners will work with a client to attain the highest and best use of their existing IT systems by reviewing implemented technology and how they are aligned with the workflows. Our work includes application assessment that consists of three levels of analysis; Current State, Future State, and Gap Analysis. The Current State analysis identifies the software applications as currently implemented, and the extent that they are utilized in operations.
