They are, without question, true leaders in their field, each committed to helping show your healthcare organization the way to greater success.
As a 25-year veteran of the healthcare industry, Ralph P. Fargnoli, Jr. is a respected industry leader whose experienced viewpoint and visionary outlook is sought after by executives at the most prestigious healthcare organizations across North America. His strategic and methodical approach to finding solutions to the needs of the healthcare community is what has allowed Beacon Partners to thrive since he founded it in 1989.

Under Fargnoli’s leadership, Beacon Partners has become a recognized leader in organizational performance improvement for the healthcare industry through their expertise in IT, clinical, strategic and operations consulting.
